My favorite hat in the game, its my first and only unusual (my friend got a new one, so he gave me his old one, which i sold and used the keys for a blizzardy storm crack pot) and does it have jiggle physics and was it supposed to?

I managed to pull a 1 of 1 forever unusual one of these during smissmas 2019, which gave me a newly found love for this hat. The effect is Snowblinded. Ik it's been over a year since anyone commented here, but I actually really enjoy this hat now.
