try to unsub - launch the game - exit and sub again, in very rare cases it can be a bit buggy
and make sure you not using any other effects mods that can conflict with muzzle flash

i have subscribed to all the neccesary addons, but when i play the game i can only hear the firing sound effect. There are no energy tracers, no blue muzzleflash, and the model is still the AK-47. Is there a way to fix this?

Not ragging on you because I know you didn't design them, but these gun models have to be some of the laziest things I have ever seen. This is actually pathetic, it's an AK-47 with a bunch of picatinny rails, what looks to be a scaled up .44 magnum barrel over the front, and processors slapped all over it. They didn't even try to get rid of the wood. Aparently in the future they still use a weapon that was made obsolete in the 70's, these people have no idea what reality is I swear.

@Light, yeah, even for how outlandish COD:IW was you're right, and @Satan, yep worst part is, the retro version doesn't change the model in the actual game, but it is what it is
