hi i think i found some glitches. when this building appear on high density area, and when i tried to force level up, it start to glitch and doesnt want to grow up and change into other building! please help

Unique building would be a great base for RICO buildings

It doesn't matter what asset category you put it in before. You can use park or landmark--iirc RICO settings override any other settings for the asset.

You should make 1:1 size RICO/landmark versions (or just as an alternative to the growable). I'd like something like the skip-floor type blocks at Commonwealth Avenue and Clementi Road, at postal code 120410.

My initial thoughts was to make them grow-able friendly. So i scale them within 4x4 foot print.

I will plop this one too so my cims will be happy.. Thanks for them.
I'm still afraid this one building will be a bit undersized like the previous one: next to other assets they look so small. If you can 'clone' those upsized by 25% (3x1 will be 4x2, this one maybe 5x3) I think they'll blend nicely in any city.
