Alto Wine gives you bottles when using the seperate bottles types option. It just doesn't give you bottles when using the same bottle option.
As for the generic "Ale" item, it simply never gives bottles on both options.
Everything else such as "Wine", "Nord Mead" Honeybrew and Black Meade all work flawlessly. Which is basically the exact drinks that are in your very own description above.
It also never gives you bottles when drinking normal "ale".
@Casanova DeLarge: Did you try to inverse the load order? I'm not sure about that mod, but I use a drunk mod that stopped working until I changed the order. Now I get the empty bottle from my mod and also the drunk effect.
