@HatsuneMiku- It's not removing motion blur, it's removing the shitty blur effect on melee weapons and special infected (A big blurry smear of color appears instead of genuine motion blur)

Basically it takes the motion blur off of the hunter, charger, and melee weapons. Check the solo version of the mod, it's got the pictures for it
