When you face down in the third person view (Ctrl + Mouse Wheel), you can put things to the top of the shelves.
Or, You look up in first person view.

How does one get to the top of the really tall shelves to put things there?

I hope I can get still some support from you even you abonded this. So like Dot/Dottie my shelfs are looking like there is nothing in it after an Update. The items are just invis and I cant get them out because of this. Tried reinstalling but nothing helped so far.

I did reinstall before starting the game, though.

アンインストールしても、ゲームを起動する前に再インストールされていれば棚のアイテムは消えないと思います。

When I had to uninstall and reinstall this mod, all of my items that were on the shelves disappeared!

When i tried to install this mod using the mod manager, the content builder had a lot of errors with this mod specifically. does it need to be updated?

After subscribing to mod, install it from Mod Manager.

It doesn't seem to work anymore, I tried unsubbing and getting it again and nothing happened. A pity since it was a great help in keeping things orderly.

I love all your mods. Have quite a few of them, but this shelf mod is just so perfect. I always wanted to build a large kitchen area with shelving, and the double sided and hanging shelves are exactly what I've been wanting.

Or, make the frame lines inconspicuous?
Or, float the shelf boards?

Could you remove the outline of the inside of the shelves? Like the vanilla, keeping just the outside outlined. It's a lil much especially on the white shelves.

You can buy it at the supermarket.

In one of your pictures, I notice you put the toaster on the counter. How did you do that? Those counters wont let me put any items on them at all, the items float a whole block above the counter.

後ろが塞がってる棚は明かりを付けるためのデザインだったので
明かりが無いのに後ろを塞ぐという発想が無かったです。

The shelves with solid back version is a design for attach lighting.
So I didn't thought about make solid back shelf without the lighting.

しかしこれ以上似たようなものを増やすと混乱するので、ちょっと考えさせてください

However I think I wasnt very clear in what I was trying to ask so I apologize; I meant to ask if you could add an unlighted variant of the shelves with the solid back/the lighted version.

I dont like the open back shelf but I desperately need more room for all of my items lmao.

Key, can you add a non lighted white bookshelf? Its super bright and I dont like how it throws off the lighting in my house.
