They aren't unobtainable, they spawn there and then are teleported out after you've completed certain tasks.

The yellow and red keycard are unobtainable. I found them in a tiny room near the 4 keycard room by noclipping.

Well I don't know what to tell you. My map probably isn't the issue though, so I recommend you google the problem and see if anyone else has figured it out.

I don't why your game would do that or really how to fix it. If nothing else has worked, you might have to go with the nuclear option and re-install gmod.

TTT_Maps screw up my game somehow the TTT mode of the map messes with my gmod.

I didn't count but believe me it's enough. The max player count I've ever seen for a TTT server is 64 players and the map definitely has at least that (probably a lot more).
