I Can re-upload it with a fixed version that everyone can play Romulus mods, and it works 100%? 😃

Before you all type it doesn't work and stuff, this file is an EBO which means it is encrypted, bohemia bricked mods with this encryptions because they use it for their encrypted stuff.
If anybody can unbrick the file (turn it into an unencrypted pbo) please post here, it would help a lot.

Edit: I actually see the file in the addons folder but it says its "too short" when launching.

Hello! I've used this mod in the past and loved it. Tried to use it today and got the missing file you speak of. Where do I get said file? It is preventing me from starting up my game with the mod loaded. Thanks in advance.
