Immediately I apologize for my possibly poor English, because I am from Russia.

The map is cool, of course, but a little badly done because 1) The HTH building looks very badly like the California Tower of Terror 2) Why only one drop? As far as I remember, there are 3 drops in DCA, 2 of which are outside. 3) Why does the elevator always open 2 doors, this violates the sequence, that is, the player left the elevator and can immediately enter the boiler room by touching the trigger and thereby breaking the sequence of the map, it was possible to make it so that when the elevator arrived after the fall, only one door. 4) The scene with the mirror is not implemented, the reflection should disappear, this can be done using the trick with the mirror room. 5) The haunted scene is out of sync with the sound and also not redone for the DCA version, because there should be an elevator at the end of the hallway, not a window.

this version of the ride is still in disney land paris hollywood studios,it just got reopened with a ramdomized drop program

You asking for permission to rip assets from a map doesn't magically excuse the fact that asset rips are lame, low-quality, and unfun in general. I'm a disney fan too, that's why I liked the old map, it had more effort put in and reminded me of the ride in Florida. Don't hide behind the fact that you are 'doing it for the fans' to excuse purposefully making a lack-luster, empty, poorly light garbage ripoff of someone else's work and pretending you are adding something new to it when you know you aren't. It being free ALSO doesn't excuse pitiful quality. Also your precious 89% is from only 114 votes, don't flatter yourself bub.

@sharktemplar plus, its free, doesnt mean it has to be quality, if you were paying for it yea it would be a complete waste of money, but because its free, it doesnt really matter, and this map so far has a 89% positive rating so id say i have nothing to worry about.

First of all, little cupcake, you don't need to be a chef to know whether or not the food is bad. Second of all, I actually already have made better maps than this. (The majority of anyone who has tinkered in hammer has made better than this), but I'm not surprised you defaulted to "U KANT DO BETR SO U R RONG LOL".
Make a real map, then release it when it's actually finished. This is a cobbled-together embarrassment that literally rips assets from the older tower of terror map that already exists yet somehow is inferior in literally every single way I can possibly think of in terms of map design.

didn't know about this map until today, i bet you won't do the tokyo tower of terror though. also good map 10/10

@No_One0117 I tested this on a variety of hardware configurations noticed that if you did not have Counter Strike Source properly installed it would be laggy with all the errors everywhere. You have CSS right?

This map was extremely laggy. Any ideas on why it was?

As a kid, this was the ride I flocked to year after year for more than 17 years. The new ride doesn't come close to the feeling that the ToT brought me. Thank you for bringing back some of my childhood.

Well done dude, I am always endlessly impressed. Cant wait to see what you do next. If you are looking for Disney related ideas, I would recommend trying to port either the Indiana Jones Adventure or PotC from L4D to GM with some improvements. Ill be happy to see whatever you produce regardless, but you definitely have the skills of a source based Disney imagineer ;) keep up the great work
