Buggy mess. The island is cool but there's enough cool house/location type mods that work properly to miss this one.

Just an FYI for anyone that comes here: This mod conflicts with the Undeath quest mod from the Nexus, because the Akaviri Isle is in the same location as a temple added by Undeath.

I wanted this so much I have walked around the lake a million times and cant find it

why cant i uninstall it? i had to make some room in my game so i unsubcrided to it and its still in my game im confused

Do you plan on adding more sliding doors? and replacing the vanilla beds with more traditanal ones the japanese used?

too many bugs and crashes forcing my game closed, falling through the island and drownding, getting instantly killed by the sliding doors or getting stuck in the loading screen when i try to leave.
thanks for trying and hope you can get these glitches under control, whould like to play it properly someday ^_^

Every time I go, I get attacked by everyone on the island.
I also found chests inside one of the houses with a lot of spells and items;)

ok it works with all weapons exept the dagger. when i try to summon it the game crashes.
any idea why or how i can fix this?

hi. i love this mod but i have a prob with it. when i try to summon the weapons my game crashes.
i've tried to disable any other mod i'm useing but it doesn't help ( when i only use the DLCs and this mod it still crashes when summoning the weapons)

any suggestions why it crashes or what i can do to prevent it from crashing when summoning the weapons?

Very beautiful, not much of a story or quest. Props for design, non-glitchyness and attention to detail though.

This mod is NOT compatible with Moon and Star quest mod. The towns occupy the same map spot.

@Observe I'm not normally a frequent user to steam, so I'm not entirely sure how the private message system works. However, i'm currently working on a mod that adds a large Akavirri island to explore and as you may already know, there is little to no Oriental or Akavirri themed houses and I'd love to include your amazing meshes into the cities in my mod, of course proper credits and links to your mod will be given.

why did you remove the one that didn't need dawnguard dlc?

no one bothers to fix the dang ctd issues? this was removed from nexus i know that much because it says forbidden when going to the page. i was hoping that this one was gonna be a good one and maybe better that japan lodge mod. but cant even check it out because i ctd every time i get on the island. it ain't because of performance issues because i have a beast of a rig. i'm running ENBs with 4k hd texture grids and not once do i ever ctd. until this one.

The textures look great and the isle feels like a real community with the vendors, followers, guardians, etc. Loved the little starting quest it really makes you feel like you"re the rightful owner of the stronghold. The only thing i could wish for in this mod is for you to go a bit more in depth with the lore and back story. i would just love to hear or read about it. Anyways I would highly reccomend this mod to anyone who is role-playing a samurai or akaviri type character, or if you just like japanese style homes. Great mod. Thanks!

Fantastic looking mod....my PC has completed the first part and claimed the Isle but I seem to rmember there is more and that I have to talk to a person to gain followers ( not that I use those) The Homepage seems to have been deleted so any help you all could provide me would be appreciated or this mod hits the Bit bucket sadly.

This mod combined with the Gypsy Eyes Caravan mod is for real ninja's, just saying.

Only problem I have with this mod is that it conflicts with Moon & Star, but just barely. The town "Little Vivec" from that mod is mostly out of the way for the Ise of Akavir, but still worth looking into.

Also some of the items are too Skyrim-y and not Akavir-enough. There would never be a Talos shrine in Akavir! What!

Some of the colors seem unrealistic to me. :/ Is there a way I can make them look less cartoony and flat, and make it more of an epic taste of Akavir?

I have a CTD problem everytime I approach western part of Island, specifically Greenhouse and garden... HELP!!!!
