Not really a big fan with the fact this is on an angle for road corners, but still a great building regardless.

Wondering why the Party City sits on grass?. It looks funky as a stand along building. Your pictures 2 and 4 show them on grass. Looks as though it was designed to not stand alone.

@jcrodiguez08 no the angle is not off, it's has to be like that so it will fit in an inside corner and still have road access.

There's this wonderful new, relatively unknown mod called Move It! check it out.

When I try to place this building I am unable to place the other stores right next to it. The angle of this building is off. Any solutions????

Hi there, I love all of your work. My cities are filled with all your assets. I was wondering if you could take an asset request? There is so many walmarts and other stores, I was wondering if you could make a Meijer. I live in the midwest and I always like making midwestern towns, but I'm always missing something.
