Dont know why the SFO team did not changed that by themselves. Its so annoying and dumb. I spend more time to chase armies who just sack&run all the time than acutally playing.

which library did you change to increase the movement range of the stance?
any ideia why this is happening?
Probably the same thing, this requires 100% of your base movement and isn't accounting for any extra movement you recieve.
The only time that may not happen is if your trying to chase someone in water, in which case they are gonna abuse it.
As for whether there is one to disable it, it could be done, whether it has or not not sure.
I'm tired of AI armies constantly running from me and never giving battle.
