This map keeps crashing on me. I'm using the Required Rome 2 Buidling Models mod I also activated both of these mods on the mod manager. Any idea why it keeps crashing?

Just a heads up to those hoping to play against AI using this map, they aren't able to make use of the walls, they stand still on them and if they try to scale the walls with ladders or siege towers will be unable to use them, best works with multiplayer as the description says.

extra mod has to be enabled for the map to work. But map is under city assault. @Ronneberg I dont check steam msgs as usual so I suggest joining RoM discord if you have any further issues

hey when i enabled the mod, where do i find it in the game? also downloaded this extra mod there for buildings but i can't find it in the game. where can i find it?

i cant find my data folder i downloaded the one on the workshop and the other one in the link but cant find where to put the one from the link

@Apapse if you installed everything correctly, you have to check both rii model stuff in mod manager, one will be from the file you downloaded from moddb and other from one you subscribed on steam. Although you can unsub from steam one cause it only gives you a blank file.

Everytime I try to load the map I only get as far as the loading screen? I've installed the required mod and the files from moddb but it won't load.

@SPASSER JOHN I know about that. I do not know what is causing that bug. For some people it happenes for some it doesnt, even then its random.

i have this problem with this map. dunno if it is a bug or something, but i start the map and i am deffending and they attack. when they get to the walls it works out just fine. But when they have to try and get in the city it starts lagging and it is unplayable, it is every time they try and get thouge the gate.

@Nio345610 you have to have this map and 2 RII files, one you subscribe to on workshop and other you get by downloading and placing in your data folder.

@Sempai you subscribed to RII, then went to their download link, downloaded trough chrome, then subbed to my map? If thats the case check if you dont have any other mods enabled and try without them

Actually Minas Tirith was build as a fortress of the city of Osgiliath, so at the time of its construction it would have been essentially in an urban area.
Also, I'm pretty sure Minas Tirith was constructed long before Sauron came to power.

@SEW The Great yea I shouldnt have took screenshots with rise of mordor on, its kinda missleading, but you have LOTR pack you can download from other guy that has a lot of gonodor units, yea walls and gates work fully, and thanks Im a huge fan of lotr aswell :D

I also just want to say, I am so impressed with the models you have been making of lotr maps. no one else has stepped up and done that, I love lord of the rings and I have always dreamed of lotr maps in attila, Lotr is my favorite battle movie and favorite to simulate, you the goat for this
