+1 for removing the road planter from NExt2 please.
StayHungryStayFoolish 1 FEB 2022 a las 9:15 a. m.
This asset requires a road planter from NExt2, which is risky or we can say: it is broken.

Can you tweak this to not include the one asset from Network Extension s 2, please? ( Road Planter 1 )

Now if only the real building this is based on functioned as an actual hospital rather then a for profit business...

Hey, this asset has Network Extensions as a dependency, since it uses a prop called "RoadPlanter1" from said mod
Love it!!:steamhappy:

Oh yeah... The kicker... they both cost almost the same, 2.2 and 2.1 Billion, but... The CHUM has 772 beds a research center while the MUHC has... 500 beds. The government got the bright idea to involve the private, so go take a guess at where the extra money is going.
AngryDragon 29 AGO 2017 a las 9:22 a. m.
Yeah, that one. It's been widely commented that it looks eclectic and has a not so hidden hidden parking. It's also got budget issues and there have been a few scandals related to it. The CHUM was built almost at the same time and it looks much better as far as I'm concerned.

@Weed Exterminator this one? https://i.cbc.ca/1.3009177.1427305309!/fileImage/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/16x9_620/new-muhc.jpg

I kinda like when hospitals have sort of an elementary school feeling. they are often so sterile and intimidating

@BillyShabindigo Thank u! Yes I have been getting some pictures around town and experimenting with "asset packs" and how to best release a set of small buildings
AngryDragon 29 AGO 2017 a las 4:11 a. m.
Looks real good compared to the new hospital they've built us in Montreal. Would love to have some of your designers. Our buildings are look boring and often need modifications within months or years of going into service.

Nice! This is a fairly new building in the Westside Medical District. Keep up the good work. You still thinning about doing the Chicago single family homes?
