It works fine for me using dx 11, same with dx 9

This flickers when used with DirectX 11/10. No issues with DirectX 9 but Wallpaper Engine bugs out every time it starts at startup with Dx9. Can you please fix the flickering issue? It periodicaly flickers - blacked out for a fraction of a second - every 5 seconds or so. Thank you.
