They're not included. No reason to if you already own the game and mount the content. If you don't own the game, download a resource pack.

Assassin's model is looking for textures with "_fix" at the end of the name

If you've read the description, you will find that textures are not included to reduce file size. You will need to install and mount Half-Life: Source or subscribe to a resource pack for the materials if you choose not to own the game. I own the game and have it mounted, the materials load just fine for me.

If you are missing materials and don't own the game, that is your problem, not mine.
