Changed award category of Acolyte's Relics to Universal from Battle

It's an attempt to fix crashes that some users experience. I suspect that there's another mod with undefined trinket rarity which causes nomad wagon to freak out and spawn random trinkets, including Relics. And when they appear there it causes a crash due to Battle category.

• Increased ACC debuff to -15 from -10
• Increased Stun chance to 140% from 130%
• Increased DMG to 5 hp from 3 hp
