Focused Ray changes:
• no longer removes turn
• increased dmg mod
• now also applies -spd debuff
• debuffs durations increased to 3 rds
Vengeful Covenant nerfs:
• Increased SPD debuffs amounts by 1
• Increased self SPD debuff duration by 1 rd
• Increased horror amount by 1
