Fixed rotation of the nightmare fuel effect.

Power up will be skipped if the player has a beard (as the animation doesn't support beards).

Changed Roasted Pepper to Pepper in the Raging Horn's crafting recipe.

Fixed an issue sometimes causing error logs to appear when highlighting the horn.

Fixed the buff duration resetting back to full when rejoining the server.

– Added the Raging Horn as a separate item prototyped with the Shadow Manipulator.
