Revised the F1 manual, reduced text size a little, added a page on Multiremote node components.

Removed wire flicker from wiring. Easier on the eyes.

Fixed Set on Sync.Counter, which was only causing a temporary set before next clock pulse.

= signs added to the category/names text on remote node components for better visual legibility when relevant.
