Found a way to make Wicker Grove and Slaver's Camp to play the "Kurast Sewer" theme.

Due to the way that this overwrites dungeon changes, I decided to add the ability to create portals in every area except towns, Phase Beast challenges, Luminous Arena, and Tarroch's Tomb.

*Changed some music around a bit, decided to use "Ancients" for the dragon dungeons rather than "Temple" which has been reassigned to the Watchweald Temple (Wellspring still uses "Monastery").
* "Temple" also plays in the Whispering Cave.
* "Fortress" now plays in The Mapworks.
* Finally added "d2m-baal" to the dropbox zip after forgetting to do so for the longest time.
