FINALLY ADDED NEW ICONS! Trust me it took way longer than it should and I'm friking glad it's working. Thanks for all you guys who have subscribed, favourited and rated; it really helps me as I can see my mod being liked and used by so many of you. Thanks again!

Increased maintenance cost of Oil Refinery from 2 to 3 Gold per turn.
Increased maintenance cost of Synthetic Fuel Manufactory from 3 to 4 Gold per turn.
Changed the maximun number of Synthetic Fuel Manufactories one can build in its empire to 6 per empire.
