Tuned the jigglebone jaw a little

• Fixed a lot of the horrible weights, especially the legs
• Improved hitbox, this should be compatible with TTT now
• Fixed black texture on teeth
• Added NPCs
• Added jigglebone to the jaw, it is poseable with advanced bone tools
