The Update that does not let you pick up the sidewalk with the phys gun and screw with the map (16/10/16)

- Sidewalk func_brush turned to func_detail.
- Statue is back as a model
- Slopes > Stairs (Source prefers it..)

v1.2: PLAZA UPDATE:
- Replaced the park with a nice plaza!
- Optimized the map more.

- Hopefully packed the missing materials into the bsp.
