updated with code from a special friend who edited it, he is now a contributer. will fix the problem with being unable to pick up an alice pack from your prior deceased character

NOTICE: 8/15/2017: upddate is finally coming in ten minutes from 1:40 est. It will be lowering the capacity of each bag, and adjhusting weight reduction though. This is the only way to fix the issue with it being stuck on ground and too heavy when you die. Sorry it took so long!
