Fix for custom birds crashing game when spawned

All berrybushes and pineapple flowers are visible. When the 3-leafed versions are dug up they are invisible for some reason I have not found yet. They can still be picked up with SPACE and planted normally. Blue and green berry bushes can be diseased, but not pineapple flowers.

Hopefully fixes the crash that occurred recently. Thanks to fellow modder "Deja Vu".

Should fix crashes when digging up bushes and tree stumps as well as overpopulating apple trees.

Should fix invisible dug bushes for clients

Added a "fruit" value for apples, changed amount of fruit for pineapple from 0.5 to 1.

Changed art for dropped pineapple and cooked pineapple.

Fixed apple trees spawning all over the roads and pathways.
