7.Initial HP regeneration of King increase from 15 to 25 per second.
8.Combat Banner has both acceleration and slow at the beginning, no need to update.
9.Acceleration Banner works on enemies, too.
10.Combat Banner now has 40 max MP.
11.Cost of level 1 and 2 crystal collector increase from 60 to 80.
12.Combat Banner mana regeneration cost 30 crystal instead of 70 gold.

Mouse wheel no longer adjust camera angle.

Gold and crystal of abandon player with be equally distributed to other teammates when each round starts.

Abandon player will drop 20 rank scores as penalty.
