--FIxed a bug when the skin wouldn't draw for spectators (testers wanted!);
--Made it so the knife will remove itself when it dropped;
--Added knife from Counter-Strike: Source;
--Added new Server ConVar 'csgo_knives_oldsounds'. If it set to non-zero, it will play old sounds when swinging knife or hitting wall. Default is 0.
