Ranger Wep spawns increase

-Ranger Wep spawn should be increased now

More Spawns for places

-Mili base now spawns smoke grenade, Food,etc
-Sunken ship spawns ranger stuff instead of mili
-Fixed getting stuck in one of the rooms in sunken ship
-Added more to farm spawns
-Added more to civ weapons

More stuff to sunken ship as well as item spawns

-More rare items spawns to sunken ship
-More vines on the sunken ship
