In a nutshell: Fixed missing textures, new skins, balancing.

Explained: This update fixes hopefully all missing textures caused by the September update. Along with that, it:
1. Lowers the file size from 90.6 MB to 66.8 MB.
2. Removes cubemap effects due to "glowy guns"
3. Reskins eight weapons to new skins. Seriously, the AK-47 with the Blue Laminate? What was I thinking?
4. Balances all weapons and removes unused code.
5. Fixes a missing sound with snipers.
6. Turns the MAG-7 from a right-click sniper to an actual shotgun.

If you get ANY issues regarding missing textures, for the love of Garry PLEASE let me know!
