Fixed the bug related to side menu background loading.

You thought that the mod has been abandoned?

Well, it was like that, actually, but since Soviet Games decided to updated the engine and add another language 5 years after, why don't I update mod 5 years after? I think nobody will complain, and even if there will be somebody who complains, you can't really do anything about it, mod will be updated anyway.

So, the changelog:

• Fixed menu not working on other languages. Mostly bugs were with Chinese, but probably everything that differs from Russian and English was caught in it too.
  
• English phrases are used by default for languages that differ from English and Russian. In the end, English is the international language.
