Oxygen update

Oxygen added to the Bio Dome.

Still have the glass stairs leaks to find.

More work done!

All rooms have oxygen but still have the Bio Dome to do. ;)

1- World set back to Survival.

2- Some rooms have oxygen.

3- Bunker fix.

4- Voxel deleted for Bast doors to open.

I'm still working on finding leaks to add oxygen to all rooms.

FIX

- Broken Mods
- Change DX9 for DX11 Mods

Changes

1- New doors
2- Oxygen Gen.
3- World set to creative for fixing. (will set survival when done)
