- made all drills a dull grey because of the leftarm directives issue, please ignore the colorlessness unless you like it for some reason. This is the only way to fix it in a reasonable timeframe.

- also added crafting times identical to the tier 1 drill for the rest of the drills because it was weird having them instacraft.

removes redundant recipes for pickaxes/drills
fixes the kelp mod causing PGIs
replaces material1 on two vanilla microdungeons with snow so they don't look weird on non-snowy planets.
