-Added 24 new characters, from Leaders to Advisors, generals, theorist with their custom traits and personal factions
-Added 15 new decisions for Banat. A few decisions were rebalanced.
-Added 8 National spirits related to Banatian economy, foreign influences and other more temporal and situationals.
-Added 10 events (Effects are there but it needs writting)

-Fixed Banat AI to properly focus on YUG and conquer only West Banat state and defend later.

Hungary:

-Added "Irrendentism Tainted Red" mechanic, the more territories Hungary recovers, the stronger.

-Same as above for Education Policies.

-Trade unions laws have been buffed
-Draft laws have been buffed
-Merciless&Encouraged Brutality laws nerfed
-ROM:Tide of War national spirit buffed

Romania AI Fix post-unification war where the AI doesn't actually build up troops and joins factions too early.
A "fix" for USSR taking bessarabia too early.
Buffed Scarlatia focuses gains and events. (Not too much, but atleast better than before, overall 25% to 50% more)

Scarlatia(SLA):
-Fixed the national spirits ZEALS not appearing correctly
-Fixed not being able to remove devastated states in SLA focus
-Scarlet tsunami reduced army attack core 12% to 8%, increased dig speed factor from -20% to -10%

Vampyria(Spoilers):
-Added +30 written focus descriptions for Vampyria + new written event
-Fixed the vampyrian puppets.

Scarlatia(general):
-Added 25+ New Focus icons for Initial tree
-Added Koakuma as a new character
-Added Flandre Scarlatescu as a new character (Expanded later on)
-Added 4 custom medals to assign to units
-Added decision to improve 'Economic Trend' every 4 years
-Added 13 decisions tied to the Economy of Scarlatia
-Extra. Characters Decisions are unlocked at the start (No need to wait a few years)
-Player obtains land/air facilities in the post-2nd C.W. tree
-Sakuya can be further trained into a general

-Party specific Bonuses lowered from 50% to 35% (perhaps needs balancing)
