Update v2.0: Replaced SGM-115 Retort for SGM-106 Neostaff for extra points to make the torpcello internals even more tanky. Replaced FCR on the scout shuttle for a chaffbox, and added a second Sundrive in the Monitor carrier in place of the reactor.

Update v1.4: Adjusted the internals of the scout carrier Spider Sense and PDT loadout of the torpcello to have 2 side-mounted Pavise PDTs (was 2 side-mounted Defender PDTs) to fit in 3000 points due to the increased point cost of the Monitor hull from update 0.5.2.9 - Modular Spacecraft.
