- added gas cost for items on shopscreen
- added little light on help-wall for betten attention
- gascan now gives 3 instead of 4 points
- increased max_specials from 2 to 3 on act1 phase
- after first floor stairs was done, enabled extra tank timer-spawner

someone asked harder. well...

- fix for ending trigger, fade and credits rolling
- fix for music sound-off relay on finale stage
- nav blocker for infected on helipad
- few changes in navmesh
- reduced cola craft time from 5 to 4
- added extra loot on map
