-Added a new sandbox option: DefaultTimeLimit
Use it with CAUTION!
Setting this value too low can break actions.
This option defines the minimum time required for any action to be affected by the efficiency mod.
Actions take a set amount of time to complete. By default, smoking might take 460 (aprox) time units to finish. If you set DefaultTimeLimit to 470, smoking (and other actions that require less time) will no longer be influenced by the efficiency mod, as the time will be too short for the mod to adjust.
Use this setting carefully to ensure that actions are still balanced and function as expected within the mod's mechanics.
