Added preferences to Options menu

Updated timer calculation again. Reset if status changes as it's likely the change rate also changed. Increased update rate from 1s to 0.5s.

Updated time calculation. Should be more accurate, jump around less

Changed highlight statuses

Modified logic for which indicator is highlighted cyan

Added cyan highlighting for lowest timer

Updated so the label is properly hidden when the patience bar is removed

Removed extra code. Added handling to only hit calculation code branch if required. Better performance handling.
