updated Kindness EID because I forgot too, also cleaned up the EID code in general even further

Rebalance!
- Chastity gives +0.1x instead of +0.07x per familiar instead
- Chastity removes half of a singular multiplier instead of a full one
- Charity and Diligence had their stats tweaked to be consistent
- Diligence ignores quest items now
- Kindness gives +0.2 luck instead of +0.1 per wisp
- Kindness gives +0.4 luck if the player has BFFS!
- Humility requires less hits the more unique virtue items the player has
- Changes to item quality (Diligence Q2->Q3, Humility Q2->Q1)
- Optimized EID code

- made mod local
- removed useless cantrip tags
