revamped the damage ALL firearms do at range, removed burst from T223

buffed some 9x18mm makarov firearms to do the correct HS damage

added ViewSlideRecoilTransitionTimeSeconds for m1928 thompson since i forgor to

reduced M1A1 SOG weight
