added the SOG spray paint camo to the hats since it was only on the hot weather cap

increased the weight of the browning hi-power

reduced weight of ZF41 rifles

gave assault class all smgs, gave VC assault the shanxi, removed SOG smgs from engineer, lowered weight on vc pistol

updated for the newest version of the game, gave all classes all revolvers, removed AKM GP-25

added ability to bring nothing for (most) weapon slots, added some new weapons to some classes

removed type 67 akimbo from loadout as it was too unfinished
