i... SOMEHOW went 6 updates without noticing the fact the M38 was put twice in the VC assault loadout

fixed m16a1 sasr using m16a1 name string

added MG 34 and M16A1 SASR, fixed starting ammo of MG 34 and T223 [vietnam_english.txt requires an install again]

added SKS and M1C rifle grenades, buffed reserve capacity of all shotguns except QSPR

additional vietnam_loadout fixes

this shit is driving me insane [fixed weapon categories for VC assault]

i missed something, also added kar-98k to proper category

fixed every weapon with incorrect reserves, temporarely removed akimbo PPK due to it being broken [no worldmodel]

removed M2 carbine from medic [game doesn't let you use it]

explosive reserve buff except i didn't fuck up the script this time
