-added luger for nato (akimbo luger is made but not working atm because devs forgor to finish it :skull:)
-slightly buffed akimbo qspr hipfire spread
-fixed some localization
-buffed c96 damage in all areas, now kills in 2 shots to limbs
-nerfed c96 recoil by a little
-buffed WP range by a little bit

spreadsheet has been updated to include stuff i forgot to add/change from previous updates, and also v2.12 changes.
