Added Dual Shield.

Dual Shield
Base block 7.
For each space occupied by the shield on the left of this item, block+2.
There's a white dot next to the left eye used as a reminder. Only the shield on the left of this item will take effect.

As I mentioned before, my boy also likes to play Backpack Hero. When he saw me making mods, he was interested, too. He came up with some items, but they are not very balanced, something like 1 energy to heal 39 HP. However, an idea stood out. He said he wanted dual shields since I've made Twin Blades for my main mod. Not a bad idea though. But that was still a little plain I felt. After brainstorming for few days, I think I finally came up with an interesting tweak for this dual shields. I'm not sure if anyone has made this before, but I hope everybody can have fun with it, too.
