2.0 Release

We are jumping right to 2.0 with this update

Added bot navigation (will need to be tuned)
Remade the CT's blind
Lighting changed
Cubemap optimizations
Fixed issue with weapons not being stripped at the begining of rounds
Added minimap back
Added some of the easter eggs back
Widended some passage ways and T spawns hallway
Multiple changes to the open areas
Added plants (Will be adding more)
