Bug Fixes:
Fixed projectile lifetime for Precision ACs.
All Proto-Gauss's will be able to be equipped onto mechs now.

Mod Changes: (Includes new features, weapons and minor tweaks)
TSEMPs now deal damage to vehicles, but have multipliers to lower their damage vs Mechs to be near non-existent.

Known issues not fixed on this version:
Not a bug with this mod, but if using Nostalgic Weapon-effects Re-imagined, Bear-Hunter AC projectiles will not function properly and cause lag.
