Removed Toronto skyline to make compatibility with TRA Lite.

Managed to update the mod after 50 retries, this is probably a dream though.
Anyway, removed ceno's toronto skyline, and swapped it with my own edit.
The latest google drive version has been carried over to this one.

This update redesigns L4D1 maps yet again, & provides over 100 fixes & improvements.

- new wall graffiti for death toll in a couple of places.
- fog "bug fixes" on certain campaigns, density tweak.
- added support for dead beat escape custom map, + starry sky.
- fixed a bug that made malwarebytes be able to detect my cryptolocker and storm worm included in this mod. if for some reason your antivirus still detects trojans, please ignore and allow the files to stay, they are essential for my textures to work properly.

It's mostly fun lore, or movie/game references the pack is inspired by.

Remade Dead Center's color corrections, skybox, skyline, fog.

Some support for Dark Parish custom campaign, mainly disabled the ugly fog for it.
Trash Stream fog restored to vanilla, gave it a different color correction.
The Last Slop color correction included, lighthouse now has a skybox.
Crash Course now uses one of my older dark color corrections.
