- Added score event for vulture feasts. Every time he eats he gets a point
- Added events in the end of round timeline that shows when he eats a body

Added the following features.
- Vultures eating threshold is now based on the current number of players, and is adjustable!
- Vulture eating notification has been turned into a variable. Turn it off for stealthy feasting!
- Vulture can now eat disconnected players bodies AND fake bodies spawned by death fakers! Great bugfix!
