Big optimisations (20 million -> <2 million triangles) thanks to mesh decimations. Ammo/Item balance changes. Several small fixes.

Added Amaru ability for all hatches. Fixed ammo counts.

Removed smoke grenades for FPS reasons. Fixed minor bugs.

Fixed unbuilt CSGs, thermite had 6 CS grenades lol (now has 2)

Added mute with placeable mute jammers. Added 3 more cameras. Make cameras shootable. Added occlusion culling for better FPS (still needs refining - CSGs are broken). Small texture fixes.

Added 3 more cameras, fixed more runout spots, added vents to cockpit, fixed furniture clipping and broken csgs, all guards now have 1 remote charge.

Added fuze and doc, lowered barricade health, updated lighting+skybox, changed spawns, added ziplines on wing spawn, increased drone phase timer from 35 to 45, added vent to meeting room, added barricade to presidential suite
