Resculpted the map a bit (will sculpt more later)

Removed a rocket truck target.

Added static objects and buildings at airbase.

Moved some units around

removed crashed AV42

Reorganized objectives order

moved the tanked to hangar so it takes off at mission start

Wind direction changed and wind randomizer event removed (there is an in-ggame bug with wind that will disable physics for planes if wind hits them from a certain direction on take off/spawn)

Removed and trimmed some towns and cities.

Added more clutter.

The map itself seems to be bugged, so I will permanently keep the tanker orbitting the base instead of having it take off.

Fixed the tanker bug (make sure theres no plane or unit that's even remotely CLOSE to the tanker, optherwise it will not taxi.)
